The use of this website is subject to the following conditions
Online orders can be paid for through PayPal. For security purposes, we require that you enter your card's verification number CVV2. The verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card on the signature strip. Please note that we can not accept cheque payments.
All our prices are displayed in British Pounds (£ GBP). ALL CUSTOMERS WILL BE CHARGED THE ORDER VALUE SHOWN IN BRITISH POUNDS (£ GBP). We reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice but will not increase the price of ordered goods which are awaiting delivery.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS:
UK Delivery Information
Standard orders are processed within 3-5working days
Orders are dispatched using UK Royal Mail's 1st Class service.
Orders over £100 will require a signature upon delivery.
Next Day Guaranteed Delivery - £6.95.
Orders must be placed before 1pm (GMT) to be eligible for Next Day Delivery.
Please note that deliveries to the Channel Islands are VAT exempt but incur a slightly higher price than to UK Mainland.
Europe Delivery Information
Delivery for orders to Europe is £7.95
Delivery to Europe takes 5-7 working days.
We provide a tracking code for your order.
We use Royal Mail International Signed for Priority Service. This requires a signature.
Ordering products, payment and delivery through us constitutes your acceptance of our terms and conditions.Ayamour reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return your order, you are entitled to do so, within 30 days following delivery of the item(s).
You can obtain a full refund of the purchase price of the delivered item(s) provided that the item(s) has not been used; its tags and labels remain fixed to the item(s) and that it is returned in a re-saleable condition.
If you wish to exchange your order, you are entitled to do so, within 7 days following delivery of the item(s).
If the item to be exchanged is priced below the new item, we will ask for payment of the difference either by credit card or PayPal. If the item wished to be exchanged is the same price as the new item, no charge will be made.
To return an item(s) please fill in the returns form enclosed in your package. On the returns form is a label with the address of our returns department: Ayamour 28 Gorse Rise, London SW17 9BS. Attach this label to the mailing bag with the items you ordered inside (you can use the one in which we dispatched your original order) and send to us using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

RETURN OF GOODS:
Due to the delicate nature of our pure silk products and handmade products, Items that have been opened, used or worn will not be accepted for a refund. The cost of sending the goods back to us will be borne by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please advise us within 24hours should you receive any damaged goods and we will endeavour to investigate. We will however need photographic evidence at the time of logging your complaint.
All our Ayamour products are made by hand (or tools) and therefore some designs may vary slightly but the quality remains of a high standard. We also rely on production partners to print our unique designs on top grade 100% silk in the UK.
If an incorrect address is supplied by the customer and the goods are returned to us, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer alternatively a refund can be given minus up to 25% of the goods purchased.
Our customer details are confidential and will never be passed nor details discussed withthird parties.We do not store or have access to credit card details, and this applies to both online and telephone orders. All card processing is done via Paypal and Credit Card companies.
CANCELLATION POLICY- On booking an appointment by phone, we require your card details to secure and guarantee the allocated date and time. No charges will applied to the card. Should you wish to cancel your appointment, we require 48 hours notice of cancellation via telephone. If you do not cancel before this period of time then a 20% charge of the service cost will be deducted.
